How does the secure server order process work?
Once you select checkout, you will be prompted to login unless you have already done so. You will then have the option to go to your member page to modify shipping and billing information. If no modifications need to be made, your shopping cart contents will be displayed. Once you make sure all is correct select the confirm order button at the bottom to the page. Lastly, select your method of payment and follow the steps to finish the order.

Can I place an order via phone or email?
Yes, for phone orders simply locate the product you want to purchase, and call in your order at 91-44-2825 9602, 91-44-2823 3280, Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. For email orders simply locate the product you want to purchase and email us the order. Please include your name, billing/shipping address, item numbers & products that you would like to order. We will call or email you as soon as possible to discuss payment method and to finalize your order.

How do I return something to GescoIndia.com?
Return Materials Authorization numbers (RMA) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to returning merchandise to GescoIndia.com. Please have the following information ready:

Customer Account Number
Invoice Number
Date of Invoice
Customer Purchase Order Number
Credit Card Information
Reason For Return

Full credit will be issued for all merchandise which is unused, in the original packaging, and is returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Merchandise which is returned after 30 days from the date of invoice, will be charged a 20% restocking charge, provided the merchandise is unused and in the original packaging.

How can I check the status of my order or track my package?
Yes, we currently ship all packages through UPS. Once you have placed an order, simply login and click on the order tracking link on your member page. Supply us with your order number and shipping destination postal code.

How does GescoIndia.com calculate shipping charges?
For domestic orders shipping costs are calculated depending the total dollar amount of your order.. International shipments are subject to the same calculation plus the buyer will accept all shipping costs including Custom Duty, Surcharge, Special Handling, Agent Fees and other miscellaneous charges related to instrument shipment. All charges not accepted will automatically be charged to the buyer.
