Return Materials Authorization numbers (RMA) must be obtained from Customer
Service prior to returning merchandise to GescoIndia.com. Please have
the following information ready:

Invoice Number

Reason For Return
Full credit will be issued for all merchandise which
is unused, in the original packaging, and is returned within 30
days from the date of invoice. Merchandise which is returned after
30 days from the date of invoice, will be charged a 20% restocking
charge, provided the merchandise is unused and in the original packaging.

shipping costs are calculated depending the total dollar amount
of your order.. International shipments are subject to the same
calculation plus the buyer will accept all shipping costs including

charges related to instrument shipment. All charges not accepted
will automatically be charged to the buyer.
